The QEII was very happy with the training

The QEII was very happy with the training we received from Cross Counties. From the enquiry stage through to the actual training.

We found the service to be first class.

Feedback from staff was that they found the training to be informative and well organised.

We would not hesitate to contact Cross Counties in the future for any additional training.

Cross Counties Training have been amazing!

I started using them at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic and found their response and adaptation during this difficult time second to none.

Their trainers are flexible and customer focused and the feedback I received from my staff about them were fantastic.

I will definitely be using them as my main training provider across the central Government estate in Westminster London. Thanks for the great service, keep it up!

Efficient and cost effective for our company

We used Charlotte for a 1st Aid at work course for a number of our staff. As we could all do the training at our own site and all at the same time we found it to be so much more efficient and cost effective for our company.

We all thoroughly enjoyed the training and found it informative but light hearted.

Charlotte was very accommodating for us even though some of us had previous experience and some of us had never done a course before. We will not hesitate to use Charlotte again.
